Excel Health Canada (EHC) Returns and Refunds Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS - SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders $69.99 ($CAN) or over, before taxes. For orders less then $69.99 before taxes, EHC charges a flat $12.99 ($CAN) fee for shipping within Canada. Certain remote areas are not eligible for free shipping [Please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org for details]
- Order processing time takes up to 1-2 business days, Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Order delivery times vary depending on your location.
- Normal shipping ETA for Items available in the warehouse are generally within 7-10 business days after order has been processed. Items that are not in warehouse (e.g. back order, or out of stock, or special order items) can take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped from warehouse. Our team will do their best to notify you of any item(s) in your order that falls under above categories.
There might be additional shipping charges for oversize or bulk orders. We highly recommend that you check with our team at "email@example.com" before placing your order.

Please note that there are certain categories of products that are non-refundable / exchangeable due to product hygiene, health and safety concerns.
Non-returnable products including but not limited to the following categories of products:
- Hygiene products,
- Special order item(s),
- Back-order item(s)
- Manufactured discontinued item(s),
- Near expiry date item(s)
- Needles/Syringes, Diapers and pads of any kind, PPE , nutritional drinks, mattresses, bedding and pillows, Ostomy, compression, skin and wounds, bath and safety, Toilet Risers, support and braces, gloves, wheelchairs, crutches and canes of any kind, rehab items, Personal Massages and Vibrators, Breast Pumps, etc..
Please note that once the product is shipped from warehouse, it is non-refundable.
Incorrect address or declining to accept the product
Any return order sent back to us as a result of customer invalid address entry or customer declining to accept the product is subject to return shipping charges that customer is responsible for. Refunds will be granted for the full cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the return shipping costs.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled if the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Request to cancel order prior to shipping from warehouse:
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded prior to warehouse shipping the order. The refund may take up to a few days to appear on your credit card.
Special order item(s) and back-order item(s) cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
